Case assignments include a full spectrum of outpatient anesthesia—orthopedics, cataracts, retinas, ENT pediatrics, and GYN. Shifts are Monday through Friday 7:30-3:00, no holidays and no weekends. We provide a late schedule rotation and out order so that staff can plan their days accordingly.

Team leadership includes Dana Earp, Chief CRNA. The foundation for the Capital City Surgical Center team is their commitment to training, education, and the advancement of the work environment through dedicated support.

Responsibilities include pre-anesthesia assessment, obtaining and/or verifying patient consent, discussing anesthetic options and risks with the patient, induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia, monitoring of the patient's physiological condition, and performance of clinical intervention as needed.

Requirements include a current license as a registered professional nurse, graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education, and certification or recertification by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.
