Candidate Type:

Requirements:

RN License; BLS; PALS; ACLS; 2 years current experience in Pediatric ICU; at least 1 travel assignment

Responsibilities:

Assess home health patients in stable and emergent situations to identify physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs.
Develop, implement, and evaluate the Plan of Care (POC) to ensure quality and continuity of care.
Educate patients and families regarding care, medications, diet, and home safety, using appropriate teaching methods.
Supervise and provide clinical directions to home health aides and other staff to ensure service quality and continuity.
Perform on-call responsibilities and provide on-call services to patients/families as assigned.
