American Traveler is hiring an RN for an Outpatient Hematology Oncology Clinic position requiring 2+ years of experience and ONS/ONCC certification.

• Outpatient Hematology Oncology Clinic setting including infusion center care
• Cares for patients with ear/nose/throat cancers and lung cancer
• Day shift schedule, Monday-Friday, 5x8-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• 13-week assignment length
• Epic charting system required

• Active RN license, NC or Compact, required in hand
• BLS and ONS/ONCC certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of relevant nursing experience
• Epic EMR experience required
• Care coordination and phlebotomy skills required
• 1 supervisory reference from within the last year required for consideration
• Full SSN and DOB required for consideration

• Provide direct patient care coordination for oncology patients in an outpatient and infusion setting
• Orientation sessions occur bi-weekly
• Flu vaccine required during flu season (October 31-March 31) with no exemptions
• Candidates residing within 75 miles are accepted at a reduced bill rate
• Previous permanent employment with Duke University Health System must be disclosed and must not have occurred within the past 6 months
