About the Role:As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care, utilizing your expertise in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team of experts to develop and deliver personalized care plans that cater to each patient’s unique needs. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively interact with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, medication administration, and treatment implementation
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to identify and address patient needs
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
