JobPurpose
A Company that offers their Employees Flexible work schedules (Pick your own weekly scheduled days and hours to work). PRN Nurse will travel to assigned client locations to perform Initial Admissions and follow up visits via Assessments within client place of residence. RN will evaluate patient's condition, completing appropriate clinical documentation under the direction of the Nursing Supervisor or Director. RN will implement and update Patient Care Plan in conjunction with patient and family to assist them in achieving optimal resolution of needs/problems, document, and report to Nursing Supervisor.

Licensure/Certification RequirementsUnrestricted NC Registered Nursing License Required
Current CPR certification
TB Test
SalaryCompetitive
Flat Rate for Admission and/or Assessment
Office hours as needed

Additional RequirementsNC drivers' license in good standing – Active Car Insurance

Must work well independently, enjoy problem solving and understand the importance of accurate documentation.
