Tink Bird Healthcare Staffing is seeking two Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join a growing outpatient primary care practice serving the adult population in Raleigh, North Carolina. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced providers and motivated new graduates who are passionate about caring for an underserved community. Candidates must have foundational Spanish-speaking skills and a desire to become conversationally fluent.

• Permanent, full-time opportunity
• Adult outpatient primary care practice (ages 17+)
• Independent practice with Medical Assistant support
• Average 18–20 patients per day (approximately 3 patients per hour)
• Athena Health EMR
• No call responsibilities
• Five hours of dedicated administrative time each week
• Locum-to-permanent consideration available for experienced providers

• Four days per week
• Monday & Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM (rotating schedule)
• One Saturday per month required: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Approximately five hours of administrative time each week
• Additional Saturday shifts available with bonus incentive

• Outpatient only
• Average patient volume: 18–20 patients per day
• Approximately three patients per hour
• Adult patient population (17+)
• Medical Assistant support
• No telehealth responsibilities

• Starting salary of approximately $105,000 for new graduates
• Additional compensation based on years of experience
