A Personal Choice is a highly specialized surgical practice focused on tubal reversal and vasectomy reversal procedures. Based in Raleigh, NC, we serve patients from across the country and are proud to offer an experience that is personal, streamlined, and rooted in clinical excellence. We are not your typical healthcare practice. Our patients don’t sit in crowded waiting rooms, our focus is on delivering high-quality care, not high patient volume.
Our team is composed of happy, engaged professionals that have been with us for years. We are a cash-pay only, elective surgery clinic that makes a meaningful difference in patient's lives. We are not a large, bureaucratic organization, we are a small and nimble organization where you will be empowered to lead and your input is valued.
We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, highly organized Registered Nurse (RN) to join our surgical team in a unique role that combines clinical nursing, operating room support, and surgical scheduling/patient navigation.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, outstanding bedside manner, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to serve as a trusted clinical resource for both patients and fellow team members.
This is a hands-on position in which no two days are exactly alike. The role includes a significant mix of clinical responsibilities and surgical scheduling and patient navigation, requiring flexibility, strong organizational skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to comfortably spend extended periods standing and moving throughout the surgical environment.
