Liberty Hospital Urgent Care Shoal Creek is seeking an Ambulatory Nurse LPN to coordinate patient care in a fast-paced clinic. The LPN will perform nursing assessments, administer medications, assist physicians, document care in the EMR, and educate patients and families.
Ideal candidates are graduates of an accredited LPN program with a current license and strong teamwork skills. This full-time role involves pre-visit planning, referrals, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
