Experienced Landscaping Crew Leader

This full-time position offers a competitive pay range of $22 - $28 per hour

Your typical schedule will be Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
. Hours may vary depending on workload, weather, or operational needs, and you may occasionally work on a Saturday when the job requires it.

As an Experienced Landscaping Crew Leader, you will lead your crew into the field each day, ready to take on projects that protect communities and the environment. You will delegate tasks, operate heavy equipment such as excavators and skid steers, and focus on stormwater remediation projects. Your days will be spent tackling erosion repairs, vegetation removal, dredging, grading, site stabilization, and planting.

You will ensure safety is always the top priority, meticulously track hours, and submit reports.

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• 1+ year(s) of field crew leadership experience in landscaping, construction, or stormwater maintenance
• 2+ years of experience in compliance or corrective repairs for stormwater systems
• Experience in landscaping, stormwater management, or the aquatic industry, along with proven leadership or supervisory experience
• Proficiency with landscaping and construction equipment
• Commitment to safety, problem-solving, and innovative thinking
• Effective communication and team management skills
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines
