Job Duties
Data entry, food sample preparation (food grade lab). This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of fermentation studies, sensory evaluations, and maintaining high-quality data integrity.
Qualifications and Experience- One year experience in fermentation and food microbiology lab.
- Previous experience with microbiological analysis of food.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with data entry with Excel.
- Experience with written and verbal communication, such as preparation of reports and presentation of findings.
- BS in Food Science or related field.
