Data entry, food sample preparation (food grade lab). This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of fermentation studies, sensory evaluations, and maintaining high-quality data integrity.

• One year experience in fermentation and food microbiology lab.
• Previous experience with microbiological analysis of food.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with data entry with Excel.
• Experience with written and verbal communication, such as preparation of reports and presentation of findings.
• BS in Food Science or related field.
