Type: Contract
Experienced AI Quality Engineer with 7+ years of experience in quality engineering, software testing, and AI system validation.
The ideal candidate will lead testing strategies for AI-powered applications, including LLM-based assistants, retrieval systems, and intelligent workflows, ensuring reliability, accuracy, security, and enterprise readiness.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and execute end-to-end testing strategies for AI applications, including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
- Validate LLM-based solutions for accuracy, relevance, safety, latency, and workflow performance across real-world business scenarios.
- Develop quality benchmarks, identify model risks and failure modes, and support automation for AI testing and monitoring.
