Siemens is seeking a Senior Manager of Quality Operations & Product Test at our PACS facility in Wendell, NC. This on-site leader will own five key quality gates across incoming materials, end-of-line functional testing, and customer FAT programs, building scalable operating systems from the ground up.
You will lead four technical teams, shape the factory-wide FAT model, and drive data discipline, CAPA, and continuous improvement to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
