Role DescriptionThe Person al Lines Insurance Agent supports clients by working closely with Howard Hanna Allen Tate real estate agents throughout the buying and selling process. This role focuses on providing consultative insurance guidance during real estate transactions, supporting smooth closings, and growing a profitable personal lines book through long‑term client relationships, renewals, and account rounding—all as part of one integrated organization.
Qualifications- Active state Property & Casualty insurance license
- 2+ years of personal lines sales or account management experience
- Strong knowledge of personal insurance products and underwriting
- Proven relationship‑building and sales skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Team‑oriented mindset aligned with a collaborative, growth‑focused culture
