Responsibilities- Complete research on developmental delay and the role of clinical variants in the enzyme UGDH, as well as the definition of mechanisms underlying UGDH function and regulation in cancer.
- Conduct in‑person lab work.
Minimum Experience/
Education:
4‑year degree or equivalent combination of training and related experience.

- Mammalian cell culture and cell‑based analysis
- iPSC generation and differentiation
- Three‑dimensional cell culture and organoid analysis
- Expression, purification, and characterization of proteins, including site‑directed mutagenesis, enzymology, and biophysical analysis
- Glycan quantification, western blotting, chromatography, LC‑MS/MS interpretation
- Multifluorescence confocal microscopic imaging and quantification
