Position: Lead Airline Kitchen Cook — High-Volume Prep & HACCP
A leading catering company in Raleigh is seeking a First Cook to join their culinary team. Responsibilities include preparing meals for airline customers while collaborating closely with Chefs and Second Cooks. Candidates should have a culinary degree or at least 1 year of experience in high-volume catering, knowledge of cooking techniques, and the ability to comply with food hygiene standards.
