Department Manager

McDonald's -  -  - Responsibilities:
Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.;
Oversee department responsibilities (Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management), set goals, delegate tasks, and report results to the team and other managers.;
Ensure guest service quality, that sales promotions are executed well, and that service staff are trained in procedures.;
Ensure the kitchen delivers high-quality, safe food, manage food cost, and train production staff.;
Hire, train, and schedule crew to meet restaurant sales and profit goals, and recognize and motivate staff.
