About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Kitchen Utility team member to join our Operations Department. This full-time position plays a vital role in ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently and maintains the highest cleanliness standards. What You'll Do

• Maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation of all kitchen equipment, utensils, surfaces, and areas.
• Assist with dishwashing, including pots, pans, and other kitchen tools.
• Follow proper food handling and storage practices in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Dispose of kitchen waste and recyclables in a responsible and timely manner.
• Support kitchen staff during peak hours by assisting with basic food prep as needed.
• Restock kitchen supplies and ingredients to ensure availability for daily operations.
• Conduct regular maintenance of dishwashing equipment and report any issues that require repair.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a kitchen, cleaning, or utility role is a plus, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high level of cleanliness.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
• Familiarity with basic kitchen safety and hygiene standards.
• Strong work ethic and the ability to work well independently or as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
