Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

• Analyze P&L data and sales projections
• Passionately manage all FOH and BOH operations
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to engage all team members and guests
• Able to resolve all service-related issues with professionalism and efficiency

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience as a restaurant Manager
• Strong P&L management experience
• Hands-on leadership style, leading from the front and by example
• Versatile communication style to effectively interact with all team members and guests

Restaurant General Manager Compensation:
