Uniquities is a boutique that specializes in unique, ready-to-wear brands and premium denim, and features an edited mix of emerging & established designer clothing and accessories.
We’re looking for a full-time Visual Merchandising Associate to bring our brand story to life through compelling product presentation, styling, and creative visual displays. This role will support the day-to-day execution of merchandising strategies that elevate the customer experience and reflect the Uniquities aesthetic. About the Role:The Visual Merchandising Associate is responsible for bringing the Uniquities brand to life through elevated styling, creative merchandising, and one‑on‑one client engagement. This in‑person hybrid role combines strong visual presentation skills with an ability to sell and connect — flexing between maintaining the store’s aesthetic and developing meaningful customer relationships on the sales floor. The ideal candidate has a great eye for style, thrives in a collaborative environment, and understands how visual merchandising directly impacts the client experience and drives sales.
Whether styling window mannequins, resetting the sales floor, or helping a customer find their new favorite outfit for that special event, you’ll play a key role in delivering the boutique experience Uniquities is known for!
- Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards that reflect the Uniquities brand aesthetic and seasonal storytelling.
- Style mannequins, displays, and vignettes to highlight key trends, new arrivals, and featured brands.
- Support daily store operations by flexing between visual duties and customer service on the sales floor.
- Provide personalized styling and product recommendations to clients, building trust and driving repeat visits.
- Monitor inventory levels and visual stock needs to support merchandising efforts and ensure proper product availability.
- Uphold brand standards in all visual elements, from signage and lighting to folding, steaming, and fixture organization.
