The TEMP Sales Lead is a role model Bear Builder with additional responsibilities as the Floor Leader on Duty during designated shifts. They provide direction to Bear Builders, modeling Experience First® behaviors and focusing on store sales goals. When not on duty, the Sales Lead functions as a Bear Builder.
Responsibilities- Floor Leader on Duty: be a role model, provide exceptional Guest service, guide and support a team to ensure smooth store operations, model Experience First behaviors, and give feedback to management.
- Bear Builder: actively engage with Guests, create a warm and inclusive atmosphere, uphold operational excellence, and display strong team commitment.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Availability to work 15‑25 hours per week.
- Associate’s (or higher) degree in business, management, or a related field.
- Thrives in an Experience First environment.
- Connects with and inspires others to achieve results.
- Enjoys meeting and interacting with new people.
- Posesses a “How can I help” attitude.
- Strong desire to develop, train, and support others’ success.
- Exercises good judgment in ambiguous situations.

- Flexible retail schedule: days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
