Opens and closes the store and ensuring that proper store procedures and policies are followed as directed by store management;
Responsible for covering open CSL shifts (not responsible for coaching associates, only associate celebrations and modeling service behaviors);
Drives customer service during assigned period;
Approves select point of sale transactions such as returns and voids, when needed to serve the customer;
Resolves customer service issues as needed
