Job Description Core Responsibilities

• Ensure a signature experience for every guest by greeting each guest, performing all cash register functions, and portraying a professional, gracious, friendly, and engaging manner at all times.
• Provide a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays, and learning and executing LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards.
• Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom, assisting in receiving merchandise, maintaining the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, abiding by all safety regulations, and notifying management of potential shortage situations.
• Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to the manager.
• Engage customers and build relationships that transcend generations.
• Utilize promotional materials and loyalty programs to enhance the guest experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and guests.
• Process information and merchandise through the register system.
• Work various hours, days, nights, and weekends as business dictates.
• Freely access all areas of the store including sales floor, stock areas, register areas, and loading dock area.

• Availability to work up to 25 hours per week (must provide at least 25 hours of availability; actual hours scheduled may vary).
• Must be able to perform constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours, with occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
• Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs.
• Must meet vision abilities including close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Must undergo Child Safeguarding Background Screening if the position involves high engagement with children.
• Must complete a drug screening as part of the company’s drug‑free workplace policy.

Range: $18.40 to $19.40 per hour, based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints.
