We are a start‑up company growing with the number 1 home center retailer. Twelve positions are available, working inside big box home center retail stores, overnight resetting and merchandising products, displays and fixtures. We install signs, adjust steel racking, reset products and assemble/install displays and fixtures inside the stores, overnight.

• Install signs, adjust steel racking, reset products, and assemble or install displays and fixtures inside the stores during overnight shifts.
• Work overnight (9:00 pm to 6:00 am).
• Provide a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Use your own basic hand tools.
• Lift or push up to 75 pounds, stand for long periods, and engage in physical activity.
• Climb ladders; training will be provided to operate equipment.
• Accept on‑the‑job training; the right work ethic and attitude will be rewarded with success in the industry.

• Pass a drug and background check.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn and work as a team member.
• Be willing to travel and follow directions with an eye for detail.
• Show courtesy to customers and work collaboratively to complete projects on time.
• Be willing to learn basic merchandising skills, read planograms, and assemble or install fixtures, displays, and racking to match defined planograms.
• Possess the physical ability to lift or push up to 75 pounds, stand for long periods, climb ladders, and operate equipment with training.

$19.00 - $25.00 per hour.

This is a full‑time W‑2 position located primarily in the state of Florida. Weekly travel is required; you will be compensated for mileage, provided food per diem, and pre‑paid hotel accommodations when necessary. The annual pay range is $42 000 – $62 000. Holiday, vacation, and sick time are available.
