Position Overview

In North Carolina, our Team Jeni's Ambassadors have the opportunity to earn an average of $17.41 per hour. This estimate is based on the 2026 base pay rate plus 2025 tip averages; actual customer tips may vary. *

In North Carolina, if the average hourly earnings of an Ambassador are less than $15 per hour in a two‑week pay period, Jeni's will add the difference to the person’s paycheck so that the average hourly earnings reach $15 per hour for that pay period.

Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams is searching for Ambassadors to join our Village District team.

As an Ambassador, you will:

• Serve the ice cream that Time magazine calls "the best in America."
• Gain valuable real‑world business and entrepreneurship experience.

• Run the register, keep the shop clean, change out buckets of ice cream, and perform other important tasks.

Competitive hourly compensation with an estimated average of $17.41. Company will add the difference to ensure a minimum of $15.00 if lower in a two‑week pay period.
