Responsibilities- Assist the Store Manager in supervising store operations, recruiting, training, and sales functions.
- Develop, inspire, and retain top talent, fostering a positive work environment and a "one team" mentality.
- Coach, teach, and train Sales Associates for effective job performance.
- Partner with the Store Manager to identify and develop high‑performing Sales Associates.
- Participate in the hiring process for Sales Associates and provide feedback to the Store Manager.
- Support analysis of business performance and execute action plans that optimize results.
- Oversee daily store operations, including sales floor coverage and merchandise flow.
- Ensure adherence to Company Policies and maintain a safe environment for associates and customers.
- Execute merchandising strategies, loyalty programs, and other company initiatives to optimize sales and operations.
- Lead by example in proactive customer engagement and create a positive in‑store experience.
- Greet customers, share product information, handle promotions, and resolve customer complaints.
- Act as the customer experience leader, accountable for results and improvement plans.
- Create visual standards to enhance the in‑store experience.
- Perform other essential functions as directed by the supervisor.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1‑3 years of relevant retail experience.
- Proficiency with technology (iPad, registers).
- Strong customer service skills.
- Available nights, weekends, and non‑business hours.
- Physically able to perform required duties.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to drive sales results.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Minimum of two years relevant experience.
- Previous sales management experience.
