Role Overview: This position involves providing in-store merchandising support to meet shopper needs, including building displays, resetting shelves, rotating products, and tracking inventory to optimize sales.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with merchandising tasks such as creating displays and end caps
- Reset store shelves with proper product rotation
- Monitor inventory levels to maximize sales opportunities
- Support leadership through reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new team members
- Minimum 1-2 years of merchandising experience and leadership skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks like moving and bending
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently or in teams
- Comfortable using smartphones or tablets for work documentation
- Reliable transportation and legal age of 18 or older
