Visual Merchandising Manager

Uniquities is a boutique that specializes in unique, ready-to-wear brands and premium denim, and features an edited mix of emerging & established designer clothing and accessories.

We're looking for a full-time Visual Merchandising Manager to bring our brand story to life through compelling product presentation, styling, and creative visual displays. This role will support the day-to-day execution of merchandising strategies that elevate the customer experience and reflect the Uniquities aesthetic. The Visual Merchandising Manager is responsible for bringing the Uniquities brand to life through elevated styling, creative merchandising, and one-on-one client engagement. This in-person hybrid role combines strong visual presentation skills with an ability to sell and connect — flexing between maintaining the store's aesthetic and developing meaningful customer relationships on the sales floor. The ideal candidate has a great eye for style, thrives in a collaborative environment, and understands how visual merchandising directly impacts the client experience and drives sales.

Whether styling window mannequins, resetting the sales floor, or helping a customer find their new favorite outfit for that special event, you'll play a key role in delivering the boutique experience Uniquities is known for!

• Execute visual merchandising standards that reflect the Uniquities aesthetic, seasonal direction, and overall brand vision.
• Style mannequins, displays, fixtures, and merchandising moments to showcase new arrivals, key trends, and priority product.
• Maintain a strong visual presence throughout the store, ensuring displays remain fresh, elevated, organized, and commercially focused.
• Balance visual merchandising responsibilities with an active presence on the sales floor, supporting clients and the broader store team as needed.
• Provide personalized styling and thoughtful product recommendations that enhance the client experience and encourage repeat business.
• Partner with store leadership to identify inventory needs, product opportunities, and merchandising adjustments that support sales and product visibility.
• MUST have open availability (this position includes nights and weekends)
