The Retail Salesperson is a part-time, on-site role based in Raleigh, NC, focused on delivering an engaging and personalized hat bar experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting guests, learning their preferences, and guiding them through the process of selecting and customizing hats and accessories. The role involves explaining product features, processing transactions, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and keeping the sales floor clean and organized.

The Retail Salesperson will provide attentive customer service, manage fitting and styling requests, and help drive sales by recommending products and add-ons. This team member will also support inventory restocking, collaborate with colleagues to meet store goals, and uphold Rancher Hat Bar's brand standards and guest experience.

• Candidates should possess strong Retail Sales and Sales skills to engage guests, recommend products, and meet or exceed store targets.
• Candidates should possess solid Product Knowledge skills, with the ability to learn hat styles, materials, customization options, and brand offerings.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to create welcoming interactions and handle guest needs professionally.
• Preferred qualifications include prior experience in specialty retail, fashion, or hospitality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, work flexible hours (including evenings and weekends), and perform basic cash-handling and POS operations.
• Demonstrated reliability, teamwork, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
