Zulo is a remodeling company that specializes in decking, showers, concrete, and pavers. These are all the services you would be helping people with. We have outstanding Google Reviews, Angie reviews, and Home Depot reviews – proof of our commitment to exceeding customer expectations. Using Andersen, American Standard, Trex, and Unilock products, Zulo was founded with the objective of creating a different and better home improvement experience.
Our process begins with a free in‑home consultation to listen to customer needs (this is where you come in). We are looking for an experienced in‑home B2C outside sales representative to join our team. You will be given pre‑qualified leads, so there is no need for you to obtain your own. These leads are confirmed the day before to ensure someone is present.
You would run around 10 appointments a week with 4 hours in between appointments. If communicating and connecting with people is your passion, then this position may be right for you.
- 2+ years of experience in outside B2C sales (sales made within residential homes). This experience will be verified.
- Experience closing sales during initial estimates.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. You can build rapport with anyone and close deals effectively.

- Close sales during the initial estimate. 90% of sales are made during the initial visit.
- Showcase company‑provided product samples.
- Establish needs, trust, and solutions.
- Help customers design their products by showing them options and samples.
- Explain to customers what our services entail, present a price, and close the deal within the same 1–2 hr long free in‑home estimate.
- Take precise measurements and indicate project details using a company‑provided tablet.
- Utilize our pricing software that provides you with an easy way of entering dimensions and determining prices.
- Utilize our price presentation application that will boost your sales and provide you with a great way of presenting prices, discounts, and payment options.
- Sell industry‑leading products. Work with some of the best products on the market with a company that delivers top‑tier results.
- We are 100% paperless, so there is no need to waste time mailing us your sold paperwork.
- Explain financing options to customers and submit financing applications.
- Take pictures and videos of existing conditions.
- Follow up with customers on previous estimates.
- Pre‑qualified leads, so there is no need for you to obtain your own. These leads are all confirmed the day before to ensure someone is present.
- Easily track your performance within our CRM which shows closing rates, sale amounts, and breakdowns of upcoming paychecks.
- Remote monthly sales meetings. You will have more meetings during your first month of work.
- Your income is 100% commission pay with uncapped earning potential. The more you sell, the more you earn.
- $80,000 – $180,000 per year.
- You are provided with pre‑set and pre‑qualified appointments which means no cold calling or finding your own leads.
- Your work location is on the road and in people's homes.
- Must be willing to work nights and weekends for at least 5 appointments a week.
- Closing rate expectation: 25%.
- Average sale amount: $16,000.
- 8% commission.
- Average appointments per week = 10 (you may work more if you prefer).
- You will know at least 16 hours in advance if you are running an estimate during your available time slots.
