Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time on‑site role based in Raleigh, NC. The Sales Consultant will engage with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored consulting recommendations, and deliver exceptional service. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales efforts. The consultant will proactively identify opportunities to meet sales goals while maintaining a client‑first approach.
Qualifications- Strong skills in Sales Consulting and Consulting practices
- Proven expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Excellent Communication skills, including verbal communication and active listening
- Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships
- Goal‑oriented mindset with a drive to achieve sales targets
- Previous sales or consulting experience considered a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
