Cümulo is our hemp-derived THC sparkling water brand, rapidly expanding into new markets across the Southeast—including new distribution partnerships launching in Virginia.
We’re seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven leader to manage distributor performance, accelerate off-premise sales, and execute brand strategy across both businesses.

You’ll manage distributor partnerships, expand retail accounts (on- and off-premise), and execute sales strategies that keep Resident Culture and Cümulo top of tap list and top of shelf. This role is equal parts relationship builder, market strategist, and brand ambassador—and you’ll spend most of your time in the field making it happen.
