As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you ll start in a paid training program that gives you hands-on experience across sales, customer engagement, and business operations.

This is the first step toward becoming a Sales Closer, with opportunities to rise into leadership as your skills grow. You ll train alongside experienced mentors, observe top performers in action, and build the confidence needed to excel.

• Participate in team training sessions, job shadowing, and 1-on-1 mentorship
• Learn how to run the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closing deals
• Generate leads through door-to-door outreach
• Schedule qualified appointments for sales opportunities
• Support clients through the sales process and after installation
• Work toward company goals and contribute to overall team performance
