We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to specialize in our frameless cabinets and closets. This role will focus on building relationships within commercial and residential markets, driving sales, and delivering tailored solutions for contractors, builders, and dealers in new construction and remodeling. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for design and functionality.
This position offers a competitive base plus commission, providing strong earning potential for high performers. Candidates must be willing to relocate to the Raleigh/Durham NC area. This role requires regular in-person meetings with customers, both in the office and in the field.
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
Implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence of frameless cabinets and closets in the commercial sector. - Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attend industry events. Cultivate relationships with architects, designers, contractors, property developers, and other key stakeholders. - Client Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their specific needs and provide customized solutions that enhance their projects. - Product Knowledge:
Maintain an in-depth understanding of our frameless cabinet and closet offerings, including design features, customization options, benefits, and competitive advantages, to effectively communicate value to clients. - Sales Presentations:
Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations that highlight the unique qualities of our frameless cabinets and closets. - Negotiation and Closing:
Manage the sales negotiation process to ensure favorable outcomes for both the client and the company, while closing sales and securing client satisfaction. - Market Research and Insights:
Stay informed of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to identify effective sales strategies and opportunities for growth. - Customer Support:
Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries and concerns to ensure high levels of satisfaction and foster long-term relationships. Provide design services as needed for clients utilizing Pro Kitchen or 2020 Design Software.
- Proven experience in commercial sales, preferably within the construction, cabinetry, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of the multifamily and commercial markets, with the ability to identify and pursue sales opportunities within new construction and remodeling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
