Entry Level Sales Representative

LP Consulting is entering a rapid expansion phase as we prepare for growth into 15 new markets. We are adding 2 Entry Level Sales Representatives to support our Raleigh telecom B2B division. This role is designed for individuals who want structured coaching, weekly pay, and the opportunity to build real skills in communication, sales, and leadership.

• Conduct face-to-face outreach to local businesses to introduce telecom products and upgrades
• Build confidence communicating value, explaining service options, and answering simple questions
• Participate in daily development meetings focused on communication, mindset, and field strategy
• Learn how to plan routes, manage time effectively, and meet daily/weekly productivity goals
• Track simple customer notes and maintain accurate outreach records
• Support local outreach campaigns connected to Raleigh’s expansion strategy
