We are seeking a top producing Comfort Advisor to grow our residential sales. A great candidate will handle service generated leads & marketed sales leads in the Triangle area. The primary responsibilities for this role will be managing company generated sales leads for both existing customer sales leads as well as prospecting and closing new clients.

100% Commission with no limits or caps

Commission based pay with unlimited earning potential. Great income potential with the ability to sell both HVAC & Plumbing replacements together.

• Paid training
• Percentage based commissions for sales
• Quarterly sales plan bonuses
• Year-end sales plan bonuses
• Manufacturers salesman spiffs

• Clean background, MVR, and drug screen
• Minimum of 5 years Sales experience. In home sales preferred.
• Comfortable with prospecting and networking
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly motivated to work as team member for an industry leader
• Experience selling with a commission based income
• Able to operate Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Smart phone, etc.
