We’re looking for high-energy, self-motivated people who genuinely enjoy talking to others and want to grow in a performance-driven environment. This role is built for people who:

This location serves over 3,000 active members every week, creating massive opportunity for conversations, relationships, and upsells. If you have experience selling nutrition, supplements, fitness programs, or services/memberships — the upside here is significant. If you don’t have that experience, don’t let it deter you. We’re looking for motivated individuals who want to master the art of the sale, love fitness, enjoy helping people, and bring high energy and enthusiasm to what they do.
We will teach you the system.
This role requires call volume.
- 50+ outbound calls per shift is normal
- Inbound calls from people actively requesting information
- In-person outreach
- Business-to-business conversations
- Lead follow-up, confirmations, and reactivation
Who We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of sales experience preferred (not required for the right person)
- A real passion for fitness (your own journey counts)
- High energy and confidence speaking with new people
- Self-driven, accountable, and coachable
- Comfortable with volume, follow-up, and closing
You don’t need to be a trainer. You do need to live an active lifestyle and believe in what you’re selling.

Compensation Philosophy (Read This)This is a commission-first role by design. We provide a safe hourly baseline so you have consistency, but income here is driven by performance — not clock-watching. Our Performance Advisors earn 10%–35% commission on everything they sell, including memberships, supplements and retail, personal training packages and programs. There is no cap on commissions. Most team members earn $500–$2,000 per month in commissions on top of hourly pay.
Top performers consistently push beyond that by leaning into call volume, follow-up, and closing. If you believe in yourself, enjoy sales, and are willing to put in the work, this role has earning potential that most fitness and health positions simply don’t offer. If you’re only looking for a high hourly rate with minimal pressure, this won’t be the right fit.
