What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Strategically plan and prospect commercial clients to drive growth
  • Conduct discovery calls to consult with prospects on their business objectives
  • Educate customers on how the employer's solutions can enhance their business success
  • Build and maintain sales pipeline and contracts within a CRM System ()
  • Achieve quarterly recurring revenue quotas and exceed sales targets
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven success in a commercial services sales role
  • Experience selling in the commercial facilities sector
  • Strong interpersonal skills with leadership abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the year
