General

Summary

This position is responsible for creating demand for React Health Sleep and Respiratory Products as well as Software Solutions to Durable Medical Equipment Companies, physicians, and clinicians. The incumbent is accountable for sales growth within a defined territory while communicating in a team environment to align resources and maximize React Health efforts in the geography.

Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in the medical sales industry, specifically within the Durable Medical Equipment Market.
  • At least 3 years of experience calling on physicians and clinicians with a strong business and sales acumen.
  • A minimum of a high school diploma.
  • Successful track record of sales in the Sleep and Respiratory Durable Medical Equipment Market.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills.
  • Ability to influence and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactive and flexible with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to function and excel in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Proficient at conducting virtual meetings and presentations.
Preferred Education
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Preferred Experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; must be able to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Physical demands: requires normal visual acuity and hearing; typically employees sit comfortably to do their work, interspersed by brief periods of standing, walking, bending, carrying papers and books, and extensive periods of computer use. Requires use of hands and fingers to manipulate keyboard keys. Additional skills may be required to perform task(s) specific to work location, department, or line of business.
Working

Conditions
  • Predominantly operates in an office environment. Less than 5% of work requires moving and lifting heavy networking equipment.
  • Travel and overnight travel required.
Duties and Essential Functions
  • Serve as the primary sales contact responsible for overall growth and management of new and existing DME/HME and/or Sleep Lab accounts within a defined territory.
  • Achieve assigned sales quota and profitability across all designated product lines within territory accounts.
  • Conduct regular sales calls and education/training to customer accounts: phone, web meetings, in‑person.
  • Manage territory budget to maximize customer impact, including product and travel expenses.
  • Collaborate and communicate with internal teams to achieve account‑specific objectives and improve overall customer experience.
  • Utilize and maintain CRM database to include customer information, follow‑up correspondence, copies of correspondence to accounts, and sales analyses.
  • Increase knowledge of our products, industry, and competitive products and activity to referral sources.
  • Negotiate and communicate trading terms, pricing, and cost increases where relevant.
  • Focus on forecasting, internal communication, and understanding of retailer supply demands.
  • Support or facilitate resolution of client concerns.
  • Attend regional and national trade shows as requested by VP of Sales.
  • May require occasional work outside normal business hours, including weekends.
  • Perform departmental duties and responsibilities as assigned, managing expenses in accordance with company policy.
