Birdie Concierge is seeking a highly relational, community-driven professional to serve as our Community Outreach Sales Lead in Raleigh, NC.
This role is all about strategic relationship development.
We are looking for someone who understands that meaningful partnerships are built through presence, consistency, and trust — not pressure.

The RoleThe Community Outreach Sales Lead will cultivate high-value referral relationships with:
- Luxury realtors
- Custom home builders
- Relocation professionals
- Individual high level clients needing our services
Your responsibility is to thoughtfully introduce Birdie into professional circles where our services naturally add value. The part time role is meant to fit into your schedule while also allowing time for scheduled networking events, coffee with potential clients and presentations to top real estate firms.
This includes:
- Attending at least 2 networking or industry events per month
- Securing a minimum of 4 qualified partnership meetings per month
- Developing ongoing referral relationships
- Representing Birdie with polish and confidence
- Closing monthly and yearly concierge packages
This role is measured by partnership quality and closed agreements.
Target:
48 closed packages per year (approximately 4 per month)
Commission is paid at 5% of all closed deals (defined as signed contract + paid invoice).
Estimated income potential: $24,480+ annually for a motivated, relationship-driven professional.
Performance bonus tiers available for exceeding annual targets.
