Position: Inbound Sales Agent

Location: Raleigh, NC

Pay: $65,000–$70,000/year + bonus opportunity

Experience: At least 1 year of experience selling individual health or Medicare insurance products required.

Education: Current Life and Health insurance license required.

Type: Full-time;
Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours.

Greene Resources is seeking an Inbound Insurance Sales Agent to join a growing and dynamic team. As an Inbound Insurance Sales Agent, you are responsible for effectively using sales skills to close sales and achieve revenue goals established by the company. Effective communication skills and being an advocate for the client with the ability to close through interpersonal interactions are essential.

What You'll Do
  • Respond to inbound referrals and partner leads in designated time frames.
  • Consult with individual prospects to assess needs and recommend coverage solutions.
  • Educate clients on health insurance, Medicare products, and industry changes.
  • Prepare quotes and proposals using carrier information and state exchanges.
  • Present plan options and close sales through consultative discussions.
  • Collect, review, and submit applications to carriers.
  • Facilitate the underwriting process and maintain client communication.
  • Build and manage a long-term book of business with ongoing client support.
What We're Looking For
  • Current Life and Health insurance license required.
  • Strong consultative sales and closing skills.
  • Ability to sell effectively over the phone.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and meet sales goals.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
