Pre-IPO company looking to grow their sales team with B2B reps who want that break into Medical Device sales.
The company is currently selling into the VA market calling on Podiatry and Physical Therapy for a device worn by patients in the home. In this role, Associates support the Territory Managers in covering large territories that require 50-75% travel. As you prove your ability to sell the device and manage accounts, promotion is expected to your own territory within 12 months where you can expect $200k+ salary plus commission each year.

Covers the Raleigh-Durham to Wilmington areas and requires flexibility, including 50–75% travel, due to the dynamic nature of our startup environment.
CompensationBase $65K-70k/year
Up to $35K yearly commissions
Estimated earnings of $95-105k in year one with $200k+ after promotion.
- Promotion expected in 12 months
- 4 weeks PTO plus 8 company holidays
- 1-3 years of outside sales experience with a proven record.
- Ability to travel up to 50-75% of the time via car and plane.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Experience in sales of medical devices a plus, but not required
- Experience calling on VA hospitals a plus, but not required
