Our organization works with partner companies to source qualified talent for their open roles. This position is available to Veterans, Transitioning Military, National Guard and Reserve Members, Military Spouses, Wounded Warriors, and their Caregivers.

• Under general supervision, develop industry-specific knowledge and experience required for promotion to Outside Sales Representative.
• Rotate through various departments, observing, learning and performing responsibilities in yard operations, production, dispatch/scheduling/delivery, and inside sales to acquire industry knowledge, functional processes, and sales techniques.
• Receive training and perform progressively responsible duties in various areas including yard operations, production, dispatch/scheduling/delivery, and inside sales while learning the outside sales role.
• Accompany Outside Sales Representatives or Sales Manager on customer calls to become familiar with effective sales and customer service techniques.
• May be assigned inside sales/counter responsibilities such as answering phone, taking orders, and related tasks.
• May be assigned outside sales responsibilities including performing take offs, processing orders, obtaining signatures on tickets, and making sales calls to new and existing customers.

• High School or GED (minimum education required).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field plus 0–2 years of related industry operations or sales experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
