As a Sales Development Representative, you will directly manage inbound inquiries across various channels, generating qualified opportunities from inbound demand to drive significant pipeline growth for Cisco. Your role involves partnering with internal sales teams and Cisco partners to progress these qualified opportunities, directly impacting revenue generation and market expansion. You will enhance lead management processes to improve conversion to opportunity efficiency and ensure data integrity across critical systems, contributing to operational excellence.
Additionally, you will uncover new revenue opportunities through up‑sell and cross‑sell identification, making a tangible impact on Cisco's financial success and market reach.
- Completion within the past 3 years of a Bachelor's degree program + 2 years of relevant sales experience or a Master's degree program + 0 years of relevant experience.
- Fluent in English.
- Able to legally live and work in the country for which you’re applying, without visa support or sponsorship.
- 1‑2 years of sales and/or lead‑generation experience in a high‑tech or SaaS company.
- Passion for innovative technology and ability to quickly learn new IT software products and understand business‑critical solutions.

For non‑metro New York state and Washington state, ranges are $97,400 to $141,400. The ranges listed include base pay and sales incentive compensation combined for quota‑based sales roles.
