MaintainX is a leading AI‑powered maintenance and asset management platform serving more than 13,000 customers, including Duracell, Shell, Cintas, and Brenntag. We have grown rapidly and are expanding our sales team.
Responsibilities- Own a post‑sale client book from handoff through renewal and expansion, building deep relationships with mid‑market customers.
- Leverage experience in larger deals to identify and capture expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
- Proactively prospect and identify customer needs, providing innovative solutions and exceeding expectations.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews, assess client satisfaction, and showcase product value through tailored demonstrations.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously—client requests, demos, proposals, follow‑ups—and maintain rigorous organization.
- Become a master of the company’s tech stack, including Salesforce, Outreach, Zoom Info, and related tools.
- Forecast and manage the sales pipeline with +/- 15% accuracy for monthly and quarterly expansion opportunities.
- Document customer interactions, deals, and progress with meticulous attention to detail.
- Embrace a startup mentality, contributing entrepreneurial energy and a drive to build something new.
- Minimum of 4 years sales experience, largely in mid‑market account management.
- Track record of expanding client accounts and driving revenue growth in B2B environments.
- Proficient at navigating complex sales cycles and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills, able to communicate data‑driven insights.
- Experienced in engaging product demonstrations and leading impactful quarterly business reviews.
- Adaptable and comfortable in fast‑paced, rapidly changing settings.
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, building and maintaining strong client and internal relationships.
- Positive, passionate, and creative mindset aligned with company values.
- Open to coaching and continuous learning about customers’ industries.
- Bachelor's degree or higher, ideally in a relevant field.
- Experience with modern sales tech stacks:
Salesforce, Salesloft, Discover Org, etc. - Background in startups and entrepreneurial organizations.
- Experience with CMMS or facility operations software.
