Sales Representative

Full-time / Part-time Research Triangle, NC

Own new-business growth for Integra across the Research Triangle. You will prospect commercial facilities, run on-site walkthroughs, build proposals, and turn dependable service into long-term accounts.

• Prospect and qualify commercial facilities — offices, medical, educational, industrial, etc. — across the Triangle.
• Schedule and lead on-site walkthroughs, scoping each building’s cleaning needs.
• Prepare clear, line-item proposals and follow up until the deal closes.
• Partner with operations to onboard new accounts and set them up for a clean start.
• Keep the pipeline and account notes current in the CRM.

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience; facility services or janitorial a plus.
• Comfortable prospecting, presenting, and closing in person.
• Valid NC driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel.
• Organized, self-directed, and steady with follow-up.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
