Luxury Bath & Kitchen is looking for a motivated and results-driven In-Home Sales Representative to join our growing team in Raleigh, NC. We help homeowners transform their bathrooms with stylish, affordable, and low-maintenance remodeling solutions designed for comfort, beauty, and accessibility. Our reputation is built on quality craftsmanship, exceptional service, and creating a positive experience for every customer.

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes, understand their remodeling goals, and present customized bath solutions using our proven sales process and technology. • Meet with pre-qualified homeowners to discuss their bath remodeling needs
• Conduct professional in-home sales presentations using an iPad-based sales system
• Create customized bath designs using company software
• Provide product recommendations and pricing solutions
• Follow up with customers and guide them through the decision-making process
• Close sales and achieve individual performance goals
• Attend weekly sales training and development sessions
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from consultation to completion

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Previous sales experience preferred; in-home sales experience is a plus
• Experience in remodeling, construction, windows, roofing, flooring, kitchens, baths, or similar industries is highly valued
• Comfortable meeting with customers in their homes and presenting solutions
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently while following a proven sales process
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally are required
