Pro Craft Restoration Group is hiring W2 Outside Sales Representatives looking for a long term career, not a short term gig, in the Raleigh-Durham area.
We are a fully licensed unlimited general contractor. If it involves a home, we do it. Restoration, remodeling, and construction all under one roof. Pro Craft is built for sales professionals who want a long term career, consistent earning, and a clear training path that allows driven reps to ramp fast and win early when they put in the work.
WHAT WE OFFER (W2 POSITION)
- Straight uncapped commission that pays you consistently. You are paid when you close the deal, not when the job is completed
