Sales Enablement Consultant

• Build a structured, repeatable coaching framework for frontline managers
• Own the sales content library and build role-specific playbooks
• Ensure sales methodology (MEDDIC) is embedded in tools
• Define metrics to demonstrate enablement impact and build dashboards
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing on enablement initiatives
• Design and own the new hire program for SDRs and AEs

• Experience in sales enablement or related field
• Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies
• Excellent coaching and facilitation skills
• Ability to analyze sales data and derive actionable insights
• Familiarity with sales tools and software (Gong, Hub Spot)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
