Holman is seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused Business Development Consultant to join our Leith Honda team in Raleigh. This in-store role connects our virtual BDC with the Store to increase sales and strengthen customer relationships.
You will maximize internet lead performance, manage TO distribution to Sales Advisors, follow up on TOs, and maintain daily notes and appointments. A high school diploma, CRM familiarity, and 2–4 years of customer service or sales experience are required.
