Sales Support Specialist

Shift: 8 AM - 6 PM

This position is for the Building Automation division.

We are looking for a Sales Data Analyst. This position focuses on maintaining accurate customer and sales data
, supporting CRM administration, processing sales documentation, and ensuring smooth sales operations. The ideal candidate enjoys working with data
, collaborating across departments, and providing exceptional internal customer support

• Support the Sales team throughout the sales cycle.
• Maintain and update customer records within CRM systems.
• Perform CRM data cleansing
  , validation
  , and bulk updates.
• Enhance data using enrichment tools
• Audit sales databases to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Partner with Data Governance teams to improve data quality standards.
• Perform data validation and ensure accuracy
• Support reporting and data-related requests from the sales team

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience required. Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of Sales Operations
  , Revenue Operations
  , or Sales Support experience.
• Experience using CRM systems (
  Salesforce preferred).
• Strong data management and data quality experience.
• Experience performing CRM data
  cleanup and mass updates.
• Taking data and exporting it back into CRM
  - Sales Force- which is a plus to have
• Experience with data enrichment tools (
  Zoom Info, Apollo
  , etc.) is a plus
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
